Call of Cthulhu Memories... I read the review in White Dwarf. I saw the adverts on the back of White Dwarf.
I called my nearest stockist in Poole, the now greatly reduced Setchfields and asked for something called "Call of Cuthaloow."
"Do you mean "Call of Cthulhu?" came the response, to which I replied, "Yes." What did I know, I was 16?
So I went home with the edition published by Games Workshop. I do not recall being very impressed at the time, but with the addition of The Cthulhu Companion and Fungi From Yuggoth I was hooked.
These days I run more often than I play, and that is not all that often. I certainly review more than that...
