Random thought today...
Cold City from Contested Ground Studio would be what I would use to run a Torchwood style game.

Interesting. Never having watched Torchwood (and having only the barest knowledge of what it's about), what makes Cold City a good fit?

Always very interesting to hear about such things.

drivingblind wanted to contact you in regards to reviewing his latest RPG - Spirit of the Centruy. If you can drop by his LJ and say hi you should be able to arrange the copy to be sent to you. Either directly from him or maybe via us, I'm not entirely sure.

Based on the Big Fat Spoiler Trailer for the Cyberwoman episode, it does seem like all the staff have Agendas, doesn't it? And you can add in Traits like Policewoman and Doctor and Tech Genius (and Student Doctor for Jack ;) ), which are occasionally important but go away the rest of the time.

Essentially, yes.
One aspect of the series is that they do not always fully trust each other. Cold City could handle that with relative ease.
